Blend ½ cup each of dandelion and mango.

Gincoo! with Kale and Mango Smoothie

Kale is listed among the most nutritious vegetables. Kale is very high in vitamins K and C just to list a few of the vitamins found in Kale. A good source of Beta-Carotene, which the body turns into vitamin A. Kale is also a good source of Powerful Antioxidants like Quercetin and Kaempferol and can also help reduce Cholesterol.

½ cup each of Kale and Mango

Gincoo! with Pineapple and Carrots Smoothie

Pineapple contains a proteolytic enzyme bromelain that digests food by breaking down protein. Bromelain also has anti-inflammatory and anti-clotting properties, just to name a few.

½ cup each of fresh pineapple and carrots
